FAQ - Becoming a Sponsor for the Be a Tree Program
Sponsorship allows you to help bring the Be a Tree program to children that would not otherwise receive it and/or to add to the children's learning experience by providing coloring books and other materials to help reinforce the messages from the program.
There are a variety of materials for which you can provide funding. Most of these can be branded with your logo and website or contact information.

Can I purchase the branded materials for distribution independent of the Be a Tree program?
Yes. Download the price lists:

We purchase the bookmarks, magnets and postcards from Vista Print or Overnight Prints. You can get current pricing from their websites. They frequently offer up to 50% discounts. We pass this on to you if we can get a discounted price.
We will also provide you with the digital artwork for these if you wish to have your own printer produce the materials. We do not charge a fee for this.
Who will do the presentations that I sponsor?
The presentations will be done by a licensed Be a Tree presenter from your local area. We will find a presenter for you. If there is no presenter in your area then you may choose to donate a Be a Tree teacher kit to the classroom so that the teacher may do the presentation themselves.
What are the benefits of becoming a Be a Tree sponsor?

The Adopt-a-Classroom program is a socially responsible way to keep your business and brand in front of families.

The program brings your business to the attention of new customers and promotes customer retention.

Your logo and information will be printed on the nationally recognized I’m Safe educational materials received by each child in the program.

Your business will be publicly recognized for your sponsorship and participation.

Your logo with a link and acknowledgment of your sponsorship will appear on the Doggone Safe website for the duration of the project and until the end of the current calendar 
year.

You will receive a sponsor recognition certificate for display.

This program will benefit the community by teaching children, and by extension their families, how to read dog body language and be safe around dogs.

This will reduce the bite risk for children and hopefully also reduce the number of dogs surrendered to shelters or euthanized for behaviour problems.
